Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect information when you use Subvecta.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Subvecta, we may process:

  • Account and contact details you provide (for example, name and email) when you register or communicate with us.
  • Content you create or upload in the product—such as briefs, prompts, attachments, designs, exports, and related metadata needed to run the service.
  • Technical and usage data typical of web applications (for example, device type, browser, approximate region, log data, and security signals) to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
  • Billing-related information processed by our payment providers when you purchase a paid plan (we generally do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers).

If you choose not to provide certain information, some features may be limited.

How we use information

We use information for purposes such as:

  • Providing, maintaining, securing, and improving Subvecta (including AI-assisted features).
  • Authenticating accounts, preventing abuse, troubleshooting, and customer support.
  • Understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve performance and usability.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

Automated systems may process prompts and related content to generate outputs you request. How subprocessors handle inputs and outputs—including whether content may be used to improve models—is governed by their terms and our agreements with them; if we adopt practices that meaningfully change how your content is used beyond providing the service, we will describe that clearly where required by law.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors and partners who help us operate the service—such as hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, security monitoring, and AI inference providers—under contractual safeguards and only as needed for their services.

We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Subvecta, our users, or the public.

Cookies, analytics, and communications

We may use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the product to function (for example, session and security cookies), and limited analytics to understand product usage in aggregate.

If we send service-related emails (such as account notices), we use your contact information for those communications. Marketing messages, if any, will be sent in line with applicable law and your preferences.

Retention, security, and transfers

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary based on the type of data and how you use Subvecta.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you use Subvecta from outside the country where our infrastructure is located, your information may be processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ.

Your choices and contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@subvecta.net.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” indication or post an updated version on this page. Continued use of Subvecta after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
