Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Subvecta. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Subvecta provides online design tools, including AI-assisted features that generate or suggest layouts and related creative outputs based on your instructions. Features may change, be added, or discontinued over time. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security or legal risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Subvecta. For example, you must not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, bypass security, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content, or content intended to mislead at scale.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted by law.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

AI outputs and human judgment

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing results, ensuring they meet your requirements, and obtaining any rights or clearances needed for fonts, images, trademarks, or other third-party materials you incorporate into final work.

Your content and license to us

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the rights of third parties. To operate Subvecta, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your content solely as needed to provide and improve the service, secure the platform, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your use of Subvecta does not violate third-party rights.

Our intellectual property

Subvecta’s software, branding, templates (where applicable), and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, these terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Fees, trials, and changes

Paid plans, credits, trials, renewals, refunds, and taxes are described at checkout and in any plan-specific terms we present. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy may be to cancel before the change takes effect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subvecta and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Termination and updates

You may stop using Subvecta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the service (where permitted, with reasonable notice).

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner (for example, by posting on this page or notifying your account email). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
