Scope
This policy covers the Subvecta website, Image to Design and HTML to Design. Subvecta is responsible for data processing in these services; Figma does not operate them.
Accounts and payments
Clerk provides registration and sign-in. We process account identifiers, display names and avatars to connect plugin sessions. Stripe handles payment details, invoices and subscriptions. Subvecta stores customer and subscription identifiers, plans, credits and transaction status, and does not receive full card numbers.
Conversion content
Screenshots, HTML files or code, webpage URLs, and necessary previews, extracted text and layer descriptions that you submit are sent to Subvecta servers and Google Gemini for recognition and quality checking. URL imports access the webpage and public resources in an isolated browser. A preview exported from the generated Figma frame may also be sent for fidelity checking.
Storage and retention
Services are hosted on Vercel. Intermediate conversion results are stored privately for retries and credit reconciliation. Successful or canceled tasks clear their cached conversion content. Unfinished credit reservations expire after ten minutes; cached results are cleared when account state is next reconciled. Account, credit, subscription and transaction records are retained separately to operate the service, reconcile billing and handle disputes; these records are distinct from conversion content.
Service providers
Clerk, Stripe, Vercel and Google process relevant data under their own terms. We use the billing-enabled Gemini API. Google processing, abuse-monitoring retention and project data settings are governed by its paid-service terms. Subvecta does not use conversion content to train its own models or sell conversion content.
Local data and controls
The website uses necessary sign-in cookies and a language preference. Plugins store connection information in the Figma client. You can sign out of the plugin and manage your account and subscriptions on the website. Submit only content you are authorized to process; for sensitive or confidential information, first review your organization’s requirements and the relevant provider policies.
